Horror Editorial Review
31 is a dirty, disgusting and unpleasant movie that hits all the right notes for fans of this genre. The story follows a group of people who find themselves captured and forced to participate in a deadly game where they have 12 hours to survive. The movie is gory, violent, and takes place mostly in the dark. One criticism is that some characters make stupid mistakes despite the high stakes. The wealthy individuals betting on the game add an element of class-based society. Overall, it's a creepy and disturbing film. Shipping was fast. The constant use of profanity and the blurry, strobe-like scenes may be a downside for some viewers.
