Respuesta: Yes, they are playable. But they are purposefully undertuned compared to other planeswalkers. They are meant to give new players a basic idea of how planeswalkers work. -

The numbers don't add up. Product claims 60 cards in each deck and 2 boosters in each package. That equals 180, am I missing something here?
Respuesta: The two boosters each have 15 cards. Not all are playable, some have one or two token/land/ad cards in them, but 120 cards from both decks, then 4x15 card boosters = 180 -

Respuesta: In casual play, sure, although I find that preconstructed decks play best against decks from the same set--different sets often have very different tempos and power levels, where decks from the same sets tend to be more balanced. -
