Nutritionist's Take
INNOTECH Nutrition's Liquid Ionic Kelp in Acai flavor is touted by some nutritionists as a source of essential trace minerals, particularly iodine, which is vital for thyroid function. The liquid form can enhance absorption compared to solid supplements. However, caution is advised regarding the sodium content and potential overconsumption of iodine in certain individuals, particularly those with thyroid disorders. The flavoring may appeal to consumers, but it is essential to review ingredient quality to ensure there's no added sugar or artificial additives. While this product could benefit those needing increased iodine intake, it may not be suitable for individuals with specific dietary restrictions, such as those on a low-sodium diet. Overall, it can be a healthy choice for those who understand their dietary needs and use it as part of a balanced diet.
