SpectraFix Paint Mediums & Additives Editorial Review
SpectraFix 2oz Fixative Concentrate is an excellent product for fixing chalk pastel or graphite pencil drawings. It is very easy to use and offers good coverage that lives up to the advertising. This product is also non-toxic and doesn't smell. According to the FAQ, the concentrate can make 16-18 ounces of spray fixative when mixed with alcohol (either grain or rubbing alcohol above 180 proof). Users should be careful when spraying on light colors and whites. It is advisable to spray lightly and do a second coat if necessary to achieve an even coating. Overall, SpectraFix 2oz Fixative Concentrate is a great product that is easy to use, good value for money and produces excellent results.
