OTC Calipers Without Pads Editorial Review

The OTC 7661 Caliper Hanger Set has garnered positive attention from customers, particularly those engaged in automotive repair and maintenance. Users universally appreciate the practical benefits of this tool, citing its efficiency and effectiveness during brake jobs. Many customers have transitioned from using improvised methods like wire hangers or bungee cords to relying on these dedicated hooks, noting that they prevent calipers from slipping or falling and ultimately save time during repairs. Customers praise the durability and sturdiness of the hangers, noting that they are robust enough to support heavy calipers without risk. Users have reported satisfaction in how easy they are to attach and detach, allowing for a smoother workflow. The option to paint the hooks bright colors for visibility has been a popular recommendation, as several users expressed concern over misplacing them in darker areas like the undercarriage of a vehicle. Despite their practicality, a few customers mentioned the simplicity of the product alongside its slightly higher cost for what could be perceived as a basic tool. In summary, the OTC 7661 Caliper Hanger Set is highly regarded in the automotive repair community for its practicality, durability, and time-saving ability when working on brake systems, earning it strong recommendations from users. **
