This is a 120,000 volt stun baton with a button to activate the zap just below the collar. It can be used as a deterrent for animals or as a self-defense tool for humans. Some customers have reported reliability issues with some units malfunctioning or breaking easily. The product has been able to deter big dogs and careless dog owners from causing issues. It has a reputation as a top-of-the-line stun gun company in the industry. The customer service is regarded as being very good. Although there have been some reports of quality control issues, particularly around the thread on the battery cap not being robust enough. It is illegal to ship it to NY and PA has laws against possessing the product.
