The push button lock is easy to use, and the knob turn to unlock from the inside is smooth and quiet. However, there have been some reports of issues with screws and jiggle and wiggle in the handles. Additionally, the deadbolt square may be too small to cover the hole in the door in some cases. It is also not compatible with smart locks like August.
