With a power supply of AC220V and a rated power of 400W, this speed controller ensures optimal performance for your motors. It operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and is designed to withstand varying humidity levels. Featuring a speed regulation range of 90-1400r/min (50Hz) and 90-1700r/min (60Hz), the Bindpo Motor Speed Controller provides you with the flexibility to adjust the motor speed according to your specific requirements.
The controller weighs just 295g, making it lightweight and easy to install. Wiring the Bindpo Motor Speed Controller is a breeze. The black wire serves as the motor's main wire, while the red and white wires act as the capacitor auxiliary wires. The two blue wires function as the speed control feedback wires, and the green wire is the ground wire. To use the controller, simply follow these steps.
First, turn off the power and ensure proper wiring according to the provided diagram. Securely fix the controller and set the speed to the lowest position (0) to prevent any sudden surge in current when starting the power supply. Next, power on and adjust the speed knob to your desired position. Remember to turn off the power when the controller is not in use.
If you notice any inconsistencies in torque or speed, there's no need to worry – simply adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer located on the side of the product. Changing the motor's running direction is quick and easy. Just replace the jumper lines of CCW and CW on the back of the controller. For clockwise rotation, select COM and CW short connection.
For counterclockwise rotation, select COM and CCW short connection. Note that the direction shouldn't be changed until the motor comes to a complete stop.
