Format: DVD Horror Editorial Review
The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) [DVD] is a sequel that explores the disturbing premise of a mentally unstable viewer inspired by the original film to recreate the infamous human centipede. Unlike its predecessor, which was renowned for its calculated gore, this film opts for a more chaotic and grisly approach as seen in the protagonist's attempts to kidnap victims and construct his version of the centipede. Reviews highlight that while it aims for shock value, it often falls short, leaving some viewers feeling unimpressed with its execution. The black-and-white aesthetic has also received mixed feedback, contributing to a divided audience reaction.
