This fuel pump is applicable to a 12V EFI system vehicle only. The regulator needs to be installed separately. The working ampere is 6-8A. It is a reasonably priced product. Customer feedback: While some customers found that the product worked great, some experienced early pump failure. The pump sometimes failed due to a check valve problem. The sock shape was not the correct compatible shape for some vehicles. The pump's check valve tends to blow out, causing issues, but can be resolved by installing an inline spring-loaded check valve. One customer reported the presence of black material on the pump's screen, which was caused by aluminum fine from pump failure. Ethanol-containing gasoline did not work well with this fuel pump.
