Carlisle FoodService Products Spoons 432406 Editorial Review
The CFS 432406 Solid Short Handle Portion Control Spoon is an excellent tool for controlling food portions. It is made of heavy-duty plastic that is easy to clean and has a 2 oz capacity which makes it perfect for measuring food for a variety of dishes. The spoon is also lightweight and does not discolor after heavy use. However, there are some concerns about the durability of the spoon as some users have reported that it breaks easily. Additionally, there is a warning on the bottom of the spoon regarding the use of BPA which may be a concern for some users. Overall, the CFS 432406 Solid Short Handle Portion Control Spoon is a great tool for regulating the amount of food in dishes.
