Walker Products Rebuild Kits 15783B Editorial Review
The Walker Products 15783B Carburetor Kit has garnered a mixed reception from customers, reflecting both satisfaction and some concerns. Many users appreciate the kit for its compatibility with older models, such as the 1982 AMC Spirit and 1979 CJ5 with a Carter BBD two-barrel carburetor, indicating reliability in its application. Customers have noted that the kit generally contains the necessary gaskets and parts for a successful rebuild, which suggests good value for those looking to restore or maintain vintage vehicles. However, there are some critiques regarding the quality of certain components, particularly the accelerator pump, which some feel could be better. Additionally, the instructions provided have been criticized for their small print and lack of clarity, leading to frustration among users. A few customers reported issues with missing parts, which can hinder the overall experience when working on carburetor projects. Overall, the Walker Products 15783B Carburetor Kit is viewed as a viable option for classic car enthusiasts, but potential buyers should be aware of the quality concerns and the necessity to verify all included parts before beginning their rebuild. **
