This is specifically useful in situations where weight is a concern such as when using a gimbal or when using accessories like the XLR Top Handle which this cage is fully compatible with.Speaking of gimbals, the bottom plate features an ARCA Quick Release Plate perfect for quickly transitioning between a tripod and DJI gimbals.
