However, the product itself comes with very little in the package besides the Cloud Key, and it does not work well with UniFi protect firmware. Additionally, the display cannot be turned off, and the device may reset itself or become glitchy. It is more expensive than other alternatives on the market and requires professional skills to operate. While some users have had good experiences with the product, others had trouble with the connection and recommend buying a Raspberry Pi or mini PC instead for a better experience.
