Ru Mushrooms Editorial Review
Ruby Whole Button Mushrooms come in a pack of 6 16 oz cans. They are whole, canned mushrooms with long stems. The taste is not strong, and they might work better as a filler ingredient or in strong soups rather than as standalone edibles. While they do not add much flavor to dishes when fried in olive oil and butter, they can be used in conjunction with mushroom powder to enhance the taste. These mushrooms have a far future best by date in 2025, indicating they are recently canned. Overall, these mushrooms exceeded expectations for canned mushrooms and are one of the rare whole button mushrooms available in cans.
