- Bubble First Class Oil Cleanser is a pampering, softening, and gentle oil cleanser that attracts and attaches to oil-based makeup, SPF, and other oil-based products and washes them away with ease. It can be used daily, as part of a double-cleansing routine or by itself on sensitive skin that doesn't need a more aggressive foaming cleanser. Dispense into palms, then rub into dry skin to breakdown makeup, SPF, and other hard to remove products. Use warm water to transform into a milk, then rinse. Follow with Bubble Fresh Start Gel Cleanser for a thorough, yet gentle, double cleanse. Can be used daily, as part of a double-cleansing routine or by itself on sensitive skin that doesn't need a more aggressive foaming cleanser. Developed with dermatologist, this cleanser is fragrance free, steroid-free, sulfate-free and non-comedogenic (won't clog pores); Accepted by the National Eczema Association (NEA) and the National Rosacea Society(NRS).
