Fans of Callas frequently describe her unique ability to convey deep emotion through her voice, likening her to other great vocalists like Billie Holiday. Listeners find that this collection beautifully encapsulates her range as both an actress and a singer, with standout tracks such as "L'amour est un oiseau rebelle" from Carmen resonating particularly well with fans. Many reviewers have commented on the exceptional sound quality, which elevates the listening experience despite minor imperfections typical of remastered older recordings. There is an appreciation for the vinyl's aesthetics, as the artwork and overall presentation often enhance the sentimental value of the album.
