Rothco Chin Straps 9652 Editorial Review

The Rothco Chin Strap for MICH Helmet has garnered mixed reactions from customers, with several highlighting both the product's practicality and its shortcomings. Users who successfully installed the chin strap noted its compatibility with army helmets, specifically the ACH model, praising its effective fit and reliable performance during use. Many find it to be a cost-effective solution, particularly for those who may have experienced issues with military-issued straps. Once adjusted properly, it has been reported to be fairly comfortable for extended wear. However, some customers have had negative experiences with the product. A few reviews mention durability concerns, with one user reporting that the strap did not last longer than a month. Others pointed out issues related to the fit and material comfort, suggesting that the chin strap can feel uncomfortable and may require some adjustments to achieve a satisfactory fit. Moreover, difficulties with the screw holes were noted, with one user needing to modify them for proper installation. In summary, while the Rothco Chin Strap is an affordable option for those needing a replacement helmet strap, it may not meet everyone's expectations in terms of comfort and durability. **
