Some customers found it worked flawlessly right out of the box while others experienced issues such as an inability to maintain a connection or read their cards reliably. Despite the initial promise demonstrated during usage, several users reported serious functionality problems after a short period, leading to frustrations. The compact size and solid build of the reader are frequently praised, making it a suitable option for travel and everyday use.
