It may also be used to create a stunning silver blonde hue when mixed with other Manic Panic shades. It is non-greasy and has a creamy texture that is simple to apply. It contains no peroxide, and its semi-permanent formula helps maintain the hair's health. However, the toner does not function for everyone, and its results are highly subjective. When brushing the product on the hair, virgin snow can leave streaks and blotches, as well as leave the hair a pale purple shade unless it is left on long enough. Though some people have used it with great success, others report seeing little to no toning happen. Those with hair that is not very pale blonde should avoid using it because it will not function appropriately.
