Mike Balter Mallets 23R Editorial Review
The Mike Balter Mallets (23R) have garnered a generally positive reception among users, particularly among students and instructors involved in music education. Many customers highlight the mallets' superior quality, noting that they are well-made and durable. One enthusiastic review from a parent whose daughter is part of a competitive drum line emphasized that the mallets provide great feel and sound, leading to a highly satisfying playing experience. This sentiment is echoed by others who appreciate the comfort and precision these mallets offer. However, there are some criticisms as well. A user reported a quality control issue after only a month of light use, where one mallet head detached. While this feedback is concerning, it seems to be an isolated incident amid a sea of favorable reviews, with the majority of users confirming their overall satisfaction. Overall, the Mike Balter Mallets (23R) are recommended for those seeking reliable and comfortable percussion mallets, although potential buyers should be aware of the possibility of occasional durability concerns. **
