How many digits in the code?
Respuesta: You set your own code so as many digits and/or symbols as you want. Mine is 4 numbers plus star -
Pregunta:
How do you fix the cover on so it just drops down?
Respuesta: Mine does just drop when opened, perhaps yours is stiff and maybe faulty? Try a little WD40. -
Pregunta:
What size of drill bit is required for the mounting screws?
Respuesta: M5 drill bit will suffice on going into concrete. 5 mounting holes and the holes are about 5mm. If you're going into wood then a 2mm pilot hole would be good and a wood screw to sit the 5mm mounting holes. -

Is this easy to use with someone with arthritic fingers?
Respuesta: Yes, very easy. Once programmed, just push the buttons and turn knob. It's easy to turn, both ways and the keysafe is great. I always program 4 numbers and one of the symbols. -

Can a four digit combination be used?
Respuesta: Can't use the same number twice but is combination. -
Pregunta:
After unlocking and removing the keys, do you need to enter the code to relock the safe?
Respuesta: The safe locks itself when you close the door and then you need to punch in the code to reopen. Beware, read my review on this safe. -

After pushing the door closed, do you need to turn the dial at the top and/or clear codes for this to be securely locked?
Respuesta: Yes, you have to scramble the code (spin the dials) once the safe is closed in order for it to be secure/locked. If you just close it and leave the dials set to the open code, the safe will remain open.
