TRUSTMI Tub Taps Editorial Review
The TRUSTMI Brass Single Lever Single Hole Bathroom Basin Sink Mixer Tap in Matte Black has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers have experienced issues with the tap leaking and needing to be replaced shortly after purchase. This is concerning, as a tap should have a longer lifespan without any leakage issues. On the positive side, customers have praised the tap's appearance, noting that it has a sleek and stylish design that adds a touch of elegance to their bathroom. They also mentioned that the tap is easy to clean and convenient to use, especially for small children. However, there are some concerns about the tap's performance and the recommended water pressure for installation. One customer mentioned that the tap's performance was affected by low water pressure, suggesting that a mains water supply or pump may be required for better pressure. This could be a limitation for customers with specific water systems, such as gravity-fed systems in the UK. There have been complaints about the product's quality and durability as well. Customers have mentioned receiving the tap with broken parts, such as chipped paintwork and a snapped-off handle, which suggests that the tap may not be robust or well-made. This has led to returns and refund requests.
