The FTX KANYON is a remote-controlled crawler designed for climbing over rugged terrain and obstacles. The car is fully assembled, RTR and comes with a shell. The car is slow, traveling at around 2-3 miles per hour. The battery that comes with the car lasts approximately 35-45 minutes, depending on usage. The car is waterproof but not recommended to be fully submerged. After being used in wet/damp conditions, it is advised to dry the vehicle and lubricate the moving parts to prevent rusting. Customers overall seem happy with their purchase. The car crawls well and the body is realistic looking with added features such as mirrors and hitch. The car is significantly larger than expected and is Considered a 1:8 scale instead of the 1:10 scale described. It is a great machine that is very powerful, with lots of spare parts and upgrades readily available.
