Nutritionist's Take
Quest's High Strength Vitamin C offers 1000mg of Vitamin C per serving, complemented by bioflavonoids, which can enhance its absorption and antioxidant effects. The time-release formula is beneficial for maintaining elevated levels of Vitamin C throughout the day, supporting immune function, collagen synthesis, and improving iron absorption. Being vegan and gluten-free makes it suitable for a range of dietary preferences. However, potential drawbacks include the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort at high doses, and some individuals may not require such high levels if they consume a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Overall, while this product can be a beneficial addition for those needing extra immune support or collagen production, it should be considered as part of a comprehensive nutritional strategy.
Quest Editorial Review

These vegan and gluten-free tablets provide an impressive antioxidant boost and have been noted by users to help in avoiding common colds. The unique time-release feature ensures a steady supply of Vitamin C throughout the day, making them reliable for energy and skin health. Reviews commend the product for its quality and effectiveness, highlighting the pleasant lemony flavor, although some users mentioned that smaller tablets might enhance the swallowing experience.
