Bernette Sergers & Overlock Machines b64 Editorial Review
The Bernette B68 Airlock Serger has received mixed reviews from users. One customer who is new to overlock and coverstitch machines found the 5 thread combo machine to be initially intimidating, but ultimately easy to use with almost no learning curve, especially with the help of Bernette videos. They were impressed by the air thread loopers and appreciated the knee lever control for the pressure foot. The machine was described as well-built and heavy, with easy threading and changing stitching styles, and ample YouTube training available. The customer, however, expressed disappointment in being unable to receive the Bernina warranty due to the seller not being a dealer, leading them to return the machine. Another user also experienced issues with the air threading not working on the upper looper, leading to the return of the machine, but still appreciated its sturdiness, lighting, extension table, free arm, and right-sided presser foot lever. Overall, despite the positive features, the inability to obtain the Bernina warranty and experiencing issues with the air threading system left some customers dissatisfied. **
